Raised in the Klaserie bushveld on a family run exclusive game lodge, Jonathan has been exposed to taking care of clients homes from a young age.
After graduating from Zewenwacht chef school, he joined forces with his mom to cook and maintain the homes of several VIP clients around South Africa, often travelling to luxury destinations to cook for them and look after their holiday homes around the country. Furthermore, Jonathan takes care of all the home needs, from minor to major renovations, handyman work, managing staff, menus, and cooking for clients.
Offering a bespoke service, Jonathan and his wife Grethe, kids - John and Benjamin have moved to Hermanus to enjoy the beautiful countryside living, now offering this bespoke service to clients in the Overstrand area.
Jonathan has a passion for vintage car restoration and Landrovers in particular. Having mechanical and building experience, Jonathan offers a full home maintenance service - being able to prepare houses for arrival, checking and ensuring your home investment is well taken care of and assisting in minor to major renovations. All electrical, plumbing and maintenance needs will be taken care of and any temporary staff can be sourced and managed.
Joining forces with his sister, Simone also a private cook, they cater to all dietary needs, whipping up magnificent feasts in the comfort of your home. From meal preparation to family feasts or fine dining wine pairing - the family does it all, superbly.
